Exercise 3!

Standard

Situps:  I think I did 55 or 65.  Oddly enough, I started sweating a bit after doing them.

Pushups:  I think I did around 20ish and then gave up.  I’m not sure.  

I should designate a day to start running.  It is getting warmer here afterall.  Perhaps, Monday?  

I guess if I really want to see improvements or turn my life around, I should start running tommorrow.  At least for a little while.
